Color Hand Printing Workshop
Color Hand Printing Workshop
Bangkok Darkroom's Color Hand Printing Workshop teaches you to print your own color negatives by hand, in a real working darkroom near Phrom Phong BTS station. This is a 100% analog process: your photograph is created by optically projecting the image from your film directly onto photographic paper, producing the highest possible image quality. Bring your photos from childhood, family vacations, or any favorite memories captured on film.
What you'll learn in this color hand printing workshop
- How to use a color enlarger and filtration to balance your print
- How to judge exposure and color for accurate, well-balanced prints
- How to develop, stop, and fix a color print by hand in the darkroom
- How to evaluate your own print and make adjustments for a second attempt
What's included
- All darkroom equipment, paper, and chemistry
- Guidance from an instructor throughout the session
- Your own hand-printed photographs to take home
