Business Policies (Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds)
The company delivers the product to the shipping service within 1-5 business days after the payment has been verified. The product will be delivered within business hours, except for public holidays and company holidays. Once the product has been delivered, the company will confirm the delivery along with the tracking number to the customer.
○ In case of ordering via Facebook page, we will send the product tracking number to the customer via Facebook Messenger.
○ In case of ordering via our website (www.bkkdarkroom.com), we will send the product tracking number to the customer via the email address registered by the customer.
Shipping Channels
● In the case of domestic shipping via ThailandPost and Kerry Express, the product will arrive at its destination according to the criteria of the shipping company. In case, the product is not received within 30 days, please contact the shipping company or the customer service department of the shipping company selected by the customer. The shipping rates are as follows: ThailandPost and Kerry Express; the shipping fee starts at 50 Baht. In the case of remote areas, the shipping fee is calculated according to the distance specified by the shipping company.
● In the case of international shipping via ThailandPost, Cambodia-Logistics, BS Express, LIDI Express, HS Cargo, Fast Cargo and MADD CO,. LTD, the product will arrive at its destination according to the criteria of the shipping company. In case, the product is not received within the specified time, please contact the destination shipping company or the customer service department of the shipping company selected by the customer. The shipping rates are based on the weight, size, customer distance, and means of transportation (by truck or air). The shipping fees of each service provider will be different.
Terms of responsibility for product delivery
○ The company reserves the right to delay product delivery for no more than 5 business days and will notify the customer of the delay.
○ In the event that the product is returned to the company due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer must pay for the shipping again.
Policy on cancellation and return of orders
Order cancellation
You can cancel the order transaction only if the product has not been shipped. To cancel the order, there may be a fee depending on each case. The company will refund the product price after deducting the fee to the account under the name of the customer only.
