Return/Exchange Policy

Customers can return or exchange products within 14 days under the following conditions:

In case of errors from the company, such as in the case of damaged products from the company and in the case of products not matching the order, customers can take photos of the products and videos to contact the staff via email at bangkokdarkroom@gmail.com to

1. Request a refund: Customers must send the products back to the company via the shipping company. The company will inspect and refund the money after the inspection is complete within 5 business days of the company, except for public holidays and company holidays. The company will be responsible for all shipping costs.

2. Change products: Customers must send the products back to the company via the shipping company. The company will deliver the correct products according to the order to the customer within 5 business days of the company, except for public holidays and company holidays. The company will be responsible for all shipping costs.

3. In the case of errors from the customer, such as choosing the wrong model or more than the desired quantity, we will accept chemicals only  that have not been opened and are still in the original condition. In the case of film and paper, we do not accept returns in any case.
